Having fever last 7days with dry cough

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Dear Sir, My mother is having fever and cough last 7-8 days and frequent urge of urination. Also in past she has breast cancer for which mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and harmone therapy has already done and now all medicines stopped. Cancer detected in year 2018 and harmone therapy stopped in dec 2023 after 5 yrs. I have done done urine routine and culture both kind ly comments on it. Pus cell and RBC but no infection. Thank you in advance
