Norfloxacin 400mg or Zifi-O Tablet CEFIXIME+OFLOXACIN(200/200 mg)Tablet please tell which should work for reducing frequent urination

After my RIRS SURGERY ON 18.08.2023 due to impacted stone in membranous urethra. After that in the discharge summary i noted that i am having bulbar urethra stricture with Badly unhealthy mucosa using 20f cystoscope findings. At present almost 100days passed my urine flow is good. Normaly i am passing urine @ rate of 500ml in 18sec which is almost average of 20_30ml per second. Tell me that i having stricture? If i am having urethral stricture means this much of  urine flow is possible? Thanx in advance

Sir in my urine report everything is normal but puss cell is 3-4 and i only have frequent urination from 28 days I taken medicine but now working

I have a frequent urination issue..so I'm taking treatment for this problem from 2018.but in this issue I have one Major problem..if I'm busy in something urine frequency is normal if im in free  then i need to go for a urine for every 15 minitues .so first i consulted with urology docto he took scan and some urine test and result came everything thing normal.then he gave some medicines. at first the medicines helps to controled frequent urination and I felt like back to normal..but after some days the frequent urination again starts..then he advised me to consult with psychiatric doctor..so i consulted with psychiatric doctor then he advised me to admit In the hospital..so I i was admit in the hospital for 7 days for psychiatric treatment..during this treatment frequent urination issue is decreased but not back to normal...now I changed 3 psychiatric doctors but the problem is still continue...so next what can i do
