Kidney Problems

Facing frequent urination. No sugar HBa1C is 5.8 ..fasting sugar 100 ...Urg for urination every 2-3 hrs - night time no issues.

Cloudy and foamy urine got the urine culture and sensitivity test done ..reports are attached ..please let me know

I have leaked urine in bed yesterday during my sleep. I felt as soon as I made my pants wet. I didn't know that I am about to leak at all . After that I slept and next time I went to the restroom as usual . Is it something to be worried about

Both kidneys appear to be normal in size and shape Mild left hydroureteronephrosis noted secondary to a calculus measuring approximately 8.2 x 6 x 4.4mm (CC x AP x TR), HU 350 - 760 in the left ureter, at a distance of approximately 4.5 cm fromn the left pelviureteric junction Calculus measuring approximately 2-3 mm noted in the lower calyx of left kidney Urinary For this surgery needed or it will cure by medicine. If surgery needed what kind surgery is doctors do for this. Thanking you.

My father is of 74 years and  is bedridden and having medicine continuing for myelopathy, heart and intestine perforation. he has silicon urine catheternsince 1 week and doctor asked us to keep using it for 4 weeks. Today's morning i am able to see some clots in urine catheter bag. please guide if this is serious and what we can do to treat this issue.

Please help me ,From 4 months at least 15days I will be going through burning sensation,took antibiotics,nothing is working out!! I'm mentally drained,sometimes burning sensation is heavy can't take it!! I really need a permanent solution for it!! What more tests I have to do!!

I had been diagnosed with uti in September '23 following frequent urination and pelvic discomfort. In ultrasound there were gravels in both kidneys and bladder wall was thickened(6.7mm). I took levoflox acin, azythromycin and nitrofurantoin in span 9f one month. But my symptoms were persistent. I drink coconut water for almost a month and eat cucumbers. I was completely ok but again I feel frequent urination and pelvic discomfort. Note: Fatty liver found in ultrasound. Urine routine micro is absolutely normal.

Hello...why my bicarbonate is 102 and chloride is 25 ? I do just routine tests lipid profile and LFT etc but this time i add one more test RFT... reports attached..

I am 29 years old ...from past 3 years In November month I am getting red color urine & heavy pain in abodemen...and I went hospital they conformed it is cystitis...so every year I am getting this problem...and suggest me to CT scan...and in that also same problem diagonisied it is cystitis...but I asked the doctor I am getting every  year know...he told that due to infection...so any other solution for this...?...why because I can't bare this pain...he gave me 7 days course mng evening injection...(amibiotic injection )..

Due to  chronic epididymitis problem my urologist prescribed me bactrim ds (cotrimoxazole) bd for 10 days followed by 1 tablet for 15 days. I am taking glyciphage sr 500 bd for my diabetes. Will there be any interaction between these 2 drugs ?
