I'm diagnosed with 15 mm and 11 mm stone in prostatic urethra, please suggest any way to dissolve and pass it

Hello Doctors 5.7mm kidney stone illegally & forcefully staying at the right vesicoureteric junction with mild  HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS  . I took Deflazacort 30mg+ Tamsulosin 0.4 for 10 days along with Citro Soda & Ston 1B6. But it didn't seem to help, I still feel a bit protruding pain on the right side particularly after drinking water. Please advise, how long can I wait before resorting to ESWL, & what medicines to continue till then for smooth passage & 0% damage to kidney due to hydronephrosis. Thanks

Pls look report of biopsy sample of prostate, suggest what further treatment is required, malignancy was not seen in biopsy report,so this test was suggested by urologist

From 7 days I feel a burning sensation when I urinate , discomfort in blader and sometimes back ache. But when at rest this symptoms are gone. I tested Urine RE and culture, RE shows - pus cell 5-6 , culture report - no growth. What to do please suggest..

My wife went to LSCS two months back ,she is facing uncontrol of urine, urine is dropping immediately.what is the problem?

Pathology reports: RBC count 25-30, pus cells 8-10, epithelial cells 10-12. - History: In 2012, a 7.2mm calculus was managed with medications. - Q.1: Will the stone pass on its own? - Q.2: Is surgery required? If yes, what kind, and how long can we wait? - Q.3: Can dietary changes and increased water intake help address the issue? Report's attached

I had blood in urine my report should cystitis in bladder and e.coli in urine test .. I took augmentine 625 twice a day 7 days ..than Niftas 100mg twice a day for 7 days Azee 500 twice a day for 4 days Than Doctor advice me to take Iv injection cause tablets was not working So i took IV injection amikacin 500mg and Accuzon Plus 1.5gm Injection once a day for 5 days ..than Niftas 100mg once a day for 20 days It's been one and half month I'm continuously took medicines. But again from past five days I've got alot of lower abdomen pain and pain in passing urine please advice ..I'm very depress
