Regarding UTI

Greetings Doctor My father was diagnosed with Acute ischemic brain stroke on 31/08/23 and was discharged on 5/09/23. After a month (i.e 15 days prior to today) he was diagnosed with UTI. He had a fever for two days and had difficulty in urinating, Upon Consuming the Medicines prescribed by a physician the fever was gone within two days and also the flow, frequency of the urine showed improvement by 70%, but since then it has been stagnant at 70% for 10-12 days, On approaching the Doctor regarding this he Changed some Medicines and advised for Ultrasound with PVR, The reports have come now . Please Suggest what could be the possibilities? Medications(Post Brain Stroke) 1.) Atorva 40mg 2.) Ecosprin 150mg 3.) Galvus met 50mg/500mg 4.) Glycomet-GP 2 5.) Gabapin NT 6.)Nuhenz Capsule 7.) Softovac Powder 8.) Dulcoflex Medications (UTI) 1.)Nitrobact 100 2.)Esofag 40 3.)Alkasol syrup Ultrasound Report attached
