Kidney Problems

I am having frequent urine issue and from past 5 days. No fever no burnung sensation and no body ache

After every urination, there is a burning sensation for atleast half an hour. Then automatically decreases

Two left lower ureteric calculi are seen causing left hydronephrosis & left hydroureter. These measure 3.6mm & 2.9mm. Does it need procedure?

Help me understand this report and possible line of treatment. Is this curable by medicine or is it to be operated?

I recently, got my father report it shows trace of albumin and blood in urine is complicated and my father is dabatetic

I have taken ultrasound scrotum tests two times. Once in dec 2022 and other one in October 2023. Can you please look into the reports and let me know if my testicular size is decreasing. I got this doubt because of the values in the reports .

Hi Doctor We did full body checkup with urine checkup and it was coincident that same day was my menstrual cycle day 1. In reports RBC shows 25hpf and blood present in urine. Is this normal during menstrual cycle ?

Good evening. My mother aged 63 is a CKD patient. Diabetic. Was admitted in the hospital as she was not passing motions and leading to bloating. Her creatinine level is 4.5 and blood urea 66. Electrolyte are normal range. I have attached a CT scan report. Is DJ stenting necessary at this stage. Can it lead to kidney failure. Thank you

My eGFR level before 1 yr was 170. Now it is 120. Please advice. I am not able to understand how it is decreased this much.
