Kidney Problems

Dear Sir, My URS was performed on 29.01.2024 after that I was discharged from hospital the next day, later while urinating there is sudden pain that arises on the left side which is tolerable but it settled down in 10-15 minutes. Therefore request you kindly advise what should be taken care of the same.

I got USG abdomen/pelvis report 15 days back and in report mentioned that Calculus of 10.5mm is seen at interpole region of left kidney. Actually I am having very less pain(bearable)on left kidney. Can this stone be dissolved with medicines without surgery? If surgery is required which one is good?

What are the aftercares for AV FISTULA. It's been 5 days since the surgery, we have removed the initial bandage after 2 days and washed it with soap and water. Is to be washed regularly now with water? And should we keep it covered still after applying ointment? Dr has advised to come see him after 5 weeks now? Will they remove the stitches then start the dialysis from fistula?

Mother age 62  has BUN 13.8 & Creatinine 0.43 its ratio is 32.09 in routine check up today Earlier She has swelling on ankle, doctor prescribed blood theeners as suspected DVT. But swelling is still there. Kindly advise

I was having frequent urination problem for 1 months after that i t was resolve but still I have to pee every 3 -4 hours usually I pee after every 6 hour in past before that but now 3-4 hour ans i have to wake up in night to pee if I sleep 12 I wake up some day 3-4 and after again wake up 6-7 to pee please help please

I am here ask that last the last 3 months. I have a changed odour in my urine passenge and the smell is very irritating. Before 1 year i was diagnosed with urinary track infection.i had gone to many doctors but they all say that i am perfectly fine The signs that i am having are -intense odour,heat sention while urinating,yellow ish colour i drink more water than an average human being still i am having problems so please find a solution for me

I was diagnosed with UTI in October last year when I started peeing blood and debris randomly. It got treated with medication. I've been experiencing burning sensation at the end of urine since 2 hours. The urine is clear but seems hazy. Slight foul smell. And I suspect it's UTI again. The frequency of urine has also increased, every 20 minutes, and I experience the burning at the end of it everytime. I was prescribed the following medicine last time to treat UTI.
