Bilateral Nephroliathis
I have been diagnosed with B/L nephroliathis RT kidney 5.8mm in mid pole calyx..Lt kidney 7 mm in VUJ junction since 3 months. Inspite of taking medicines pain arises sometimes due to which I have to take  pain killer inj Tramadol or inj voveron..Will the kidney stone will pass through medication? Kindly suggest any other medication so that my stone passes easily
