I am having passable urethral stricture in bulbar urethra with Badly unhealthy mucosa after my RIRS SURGERY ON 18.08.2023. Still now no issues in urine passing. Can i undergo treatment for urethral stricture.. Thanx in advance dr. My urine flow is good at rate of 20-25ml per second.

Normal my urine flow is 350ml in 14 seconds. Measured in urine jug. Is this stricture will further develop or it will heal. Almost five month completed till now

I pass Urine foam or bubbles is looking this last 3 months i have no diabetes no BP only  obesity. No problem

It takes 30 to 40 seconds to pass out my first morning urine. The flow is normal during the whole  day. I got my USG abdomen and PSA test done. Also got my urine routine done. Its normal. There are no markings in it.  Attaching the USG and PSA reports. Please advise.
