Kidney Problems

Unable to control urine since 3 days after I started taking birth control pills..and sometimes I also cannot hold in emergency..It feels so embarrassing. What's the cure for it?

I went on a trip for 2 weeks once came back i had UTI its more than 10days now its not going away while wake up having pain in low back area is it somthing big issue?

Left kidney Mild Hydronephrosis got in usg report with 4mm left kidney stone at mid pole . Mild hydronephrosis will go away after passing stone or hydronephrosis can be cured  before passing 4mm stone?

So I have recurrent uti for past 9/10 years. It started around 2014/15 till now. Earlier there was every 2to 3 months but now almost in every month. Done with almost every test and everything is o.k. but still having uti. one urologist put me on prophylaxic dose of nitrofurantoin 100 mr for 6 months.I had it for 6 months .I stopped it in Feb 2023 as 6 months completed in April again I have uti. So again I have full course for 14/15 days martifur 100 b.d. and again I took prophylactic dose from July.On December 16 I have completed 6 months so I stopped and I had uti on 9 th Jan . Everytime I got positive for E.coli and sensitive to nitrofurantoin but this time my urine sample comes sterile for culture but in urine routine test in had 60 to 70 pus cells. What should I do. Doing everything right still getting uti

Where im having pain in my lower abdomen below belly bottom on the right side since last 10 days done USG abdomen shows normal and also done endoscopy show pyloric erosion and also done RFT , CBC test doctor says everything normal and the stomach pain is due to pyloric erosion and adviced me to take normaxin  Nexpro 40 and VSL#3 probiotics tablets and sucron o suspension too for 15 days Hereby i have attached my RFT report please tell my reports are normal regarding RFT

My husband had done the PSA total from his office. He don't have any issue. His PSA Total is 0.55 ng/ml. Is his report is normal. I have attached his report as well.
