My mom is 72 years old with creatinine 6.9 and urea 102. Can this be controlled by regular medications or dialysis is mandatory. She is 72 and very weak

Hello doctors, I feel very little dull pricking sensation while start urinating initially,after that everything is fine.no fever,no pain nothing.what could it be?This is happening from yesterday

My father had turp surgery 30 days  back after 10 days of surgery he got bleeding with urine blockage then we visited doctor for the same they removed blood Clots  then we come to home he taken rest with some uti tablets for one week....again bleeding shown in urine after one week we called doctor he suggested to take pause 500 and some UTI tablets he had taken the same. now today again bleeding coming what to do please suggest me?

Recently i have been peeing very frequently, although my water consumption is high, and caffeine too, but still its quite frequent it ever used to be. Also, now there's a slight pain or discomfort in my groin or scotrum after taking a pee. Not that it happens everytime. Very rare, but its intensity is increasing.
