Done my ultrasound have kidney stone
I have done my ultrasound and got following Right kidney stone of 4.2 Tiny papillary concentration in both kidney and Fatty liver grade 2 I have added ultrasound report, kindly tell what can be done, is there anything serous as I m feeling very lethargic from last  15 days with some stomach ache in ryt side . What is tiny papillary concentration, is this anything serious , kindly guide me .
