Minor itching in Private Parts from last 3-4 days.Not to frequent itching.No Any other symptoms ... .

My mother is going frequently to wash room at night. She had been prescribed vitneurin CZS as she still at times is facing this issue please help me if she needs to change medicine. She is diabetic. And she is facing weakness suddenly we did show her to doctors and they preiscribed vitamins and she is taking them but still she isn't feeling very active. She complains of weakness and knee pain Please advise

I've started kegel excercises 3 months, I used to lie on my left side and perform kegels, and I've been sleeping on my stomach when my penis gets erect and press it against mattress, am doing this since years, so I've started to see my penis is curving slightly to left, and split stream of urine too i didn't observe from how long this split urine stream been happening but when I apply pressure the split stream disappear. I have no pain while my penis is erect but am starting to feel muscle tension at base of my penis when erect. What could be the reason. If I should be worried?

When I was around 11–12 years old, I used to have bed-wetting almost regularly at night. Then a urology doctor started me on hypothyroid medicine, and after that things were fine for many years. Urine culture done as requested and shows infection. Please see attached results. Infection has only improved slightly. I started having dysodium hydrogen citrate syrup two times a day from 12th march. Additionally after consulting i have been having flavospas tablets once a day since 14th march.
