Kidney Problems

I have done sonography " There is Right sided hydronephrosis grade 1 with hydroureter with calculus seen in right distal ureter measuring 7 mm .

Hi, Pain started in the lower right abdomen and right back pain, no nausea, no vomitings  (In the ultrasound it is said that pain in the RIF and found a 3 mm stone in the right kidney). Along with this after couple of days premenstrual chest pain had started. I face this premenstrual chest pain every month before 10 days of my menstrual cycle. Any thing serious to check with gynecologist as both pains are present?

What could be the cause of redish urine without any pain ? How can I cure it. I am experiencing it for second day now, what should I do ?

SIR MY MOTHER  HAD DONE FEW ROUTINE BLOOD TESTS.BUT THE READING  OF THE EGFR IS 86 (LOW).BUT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY URINARY PROBLEMS YET.SO PLEASE TELL ME THAT DOES SHE NEED TO CONSULT ANY NEPHROLOGIST OR DOES SHE NEED TO DO ANY OTHER TESTS TO RULE OUT THE CAUSE OF LOW EGFR AND ANY KIDNEY PROBLEMS.THANK YOU

I have a very bad dry cough and this morning coughed very badly while I was peeing and seem to have hurt something in the urethra.. Now its a bit uncomfortable while peeing.. I dont have the pain while i am not peeing.. This started only after the coughing fit when i was in the mid of peeing
