Can uti get better on its own ?? What happens if it gets untreated ? Can it become dangerous after a point ? Y does it recur ?

I underwent prostrateTURP a year back with biopsy reports suggesting benign prostatic hyperplasia. Currently an USG stated 2.5 cm ecogenic nodule in the left side of my prostrate with PSA reports coming out to be 6.1 ng/ml and 6.7ng/ml in a span of 4 months. My prostrate volume post turp is 48cm * 43cm * 42cm. What should i do now?

Over the years I was diagnosed with 1. Gilbert syndrome (bilirubin total 2.8mg/dl, direct 0.31mg/dl) 2. Microscopic hematuria (rbcs 4-6/hpf, 3-5/hpf, epithelial cells 2-5/hpf) 3. Iga nephropathy I want to understand affect of irregular, moderate alcohol drinking in this situation. Can it worsen these illness?

My mom has a severe abnormality in lower abdominal part.On dr. consultation we have done a usg.On report the impression shows that 1.mild hepatomegaly with grade II fatty changes 2. Right sided mild hydronephosis 3.Bulky heterogeneous uterus with multiple SOLs. I feel like bubbles bursting through out my lower from left to right iliac region and felt like some beatings in hypogastrium region. I once have had food poisoning during which I was alse diagnosed cystitis/minute gastrisis although that was treated. The problem however started only after that.
