Kidney Problems

My father has a kidney problems from last 7 months. He has creatine level  between 6-7%. He had 4 surgery in both kidney for multiple stone/calculi and still got 4 stone at right and multiple small stones at left. He's creatine level increase upto 14.96 on 3 January 2019 What to do i don't know. Here doctor's has done 4 dialysis of my father

I am facing burning sensation during pee from last 2 days. Increased urine urge. Foul smell. *I am usually not comfortable with taking medicines. Can it be cured without it?
