Probably u will require surgery... Chances of stone
Coming out with medicines are less... It is also damaging your kidneys.. Get urine test, CBC, s. Creatinine done... If all normal, no or mild pain.. Can wait for a week... Otherwise endoscopic procedure ( URSL)
