Kidney Problems

I underwent an urine test prescribed by my doctor. He told there might be an infection but both culture as well as the normal analysis showed none microorganisms. The only concern to me is why there "Traces" in the protein.Does it means some kidney filters are starting to malfunction .I was expecting a proteiurea but the culture report says no infection. Can you please guide me on what is the issue and what should I do ?? Also guide me for which ultrasound should I undergo ??

Hi, I could not sleep properly due to too much release of acid in my body. When I sleep, too much sliva comes from my mouth. It has a bitter taste. I feel vomating and chest burning often. I also have frequent urination problem. I went to ultra sound and found my urine bag has been enlarged. I hardly sleep continuously 3 to 4 hours, after that i get up due to acidosis and urine pblm. I am 30y old woman. Since last 2 days, I'm having this burning sensation while passing urine. This burning lasts for atleast half n hour and is most severe during the first urine in the morning.
