Sir my father age is 58years old. suffering with urethral stricture blocked.  is there any surgery is available for permanent solution..? not temporary solution.

My urine is creating foam. Uric acid - 7.2 Creatinine - 1.1 Urge for urination frequent after taking water. Pain in foot. What to do ?

Dear Doctor, Within 2 months 4 time blood came in urine. Symptoms are half an hour once urine will come..I have consulted with urology specialist, he took ultrasound, urine, blood test and he told me no stone in kidney and blood results are fine but infection in urine only...so he prescribed medicine...I took 15 days continuously... But now again blood coming in blood with pain.. kindly let me know what is exact issue

I have already taken  one rituximab  500 mg injection for Membranous nephropathy to stop leakage of protein in urine as per advice of Doctor. Is it right treatment? Dr. advised me to take another 3 rituximab injections on 7days interval. Will it success to stop protein in urine?
