Kidney Problems

My 9 months baby boy having frequent UTI(3 times) and found Bacteria in urine c/s at 4th month we admitted and found that mild hydronephrosis for left kidney,after 2 months we did again ultrasound and MCUG both are normal.again urine infection occured and after using antibiotics again it is coming to normal.bacteria present in urine belongs to stool bacteria.but in stool examination and culture no bacteria was found.please clarify why frequent UTI happening to my baby.

Do I have any problem with my kidney... ?????? my homeoglobin is 10.9... my mcv, mch, mchc are all low..esoniphill is 0.8

I am having recurrent UTI from the past 1 year. I am having recurrent UTI from the past 1 year. I am attaching my doctors prescriptions from September when I consulted my gynaecologist and she prescribed some antibiotics based on my Urine culture report. The symptoms subsided but recurred within a week when I consulted another Urologist and he prescribed Ciplox 2BD for 7 days, Marzone  2BD for 5 days and Niftran 2 BD for 10 days. The symptoms subsided for about 2 weeks and again recurred when I consulted another Gynaecologist who again had my Urine culture done which is attached. She then prescribed Loxof 500 OD for 5 days, Norflox 400 BD for 7 days and Zifi 200 for 5 days which ended yesterday. Attached is her prescription.. The antibiotic Zifi got over yesterday and I have been having itching and burning sensation while urinating since the last 2 weeks (while I was on antibiotics and now more when I am off antibiotics) and have been having pain in the lower abdomen and on both sides.

In my left uretor there is 10.6 mm and in left kidney 6.4mm stone And in my urine blood is present.Doctor has suggested me operation, so please tell can we cure this by aurveda or homiopathy?

I see some amorphous precipitate in my urine. Also, the urine is a tarnish yellow. However, I do not experience any pain/itching while urinating. Based on the above information, is there a probability that there is blood in my urine?
