Male, 31 Liver Function Test: Total Bilirubin: 0.6 (0.3-1.2) Direct Bilirubin: 0.1 (< 0.2) Indirect Bilirubin: 0.5 (0.0 - 0.8) ALT (SGPT): 81 (< 50) AST (SGOT): 52 (< 50) Alkaline Phosphtase: 82 (30 - 120) Total Protein: 7.9 (6.6 - 8.3) Albumin: 4.8 (3.4 - 5.0) Globulin: 3.1 (1.8 - 3.8) A/G Ratio.: 1.5 (0.9 - 1.8) Please suggest me, how is my Liver condition. SGPT, SGOT levels are bit high, So How to improve. Any medication is required.

Hello, My wife has 5.7 mm stone stuck in ureter at left VUJ. This was first diagonsed three months back and We have tried many medicines(homepathic as well) but still it is there. In past she has very strong pain 2-3 due to which we had to visit hospital a few times. Now our urologist is saying that it needs URS, But evrybody in my family is saying dont go for surgery as it would also invole pain due to stent & also many complications could be there.

I had back pain,chest pain and abdominal pain. I took blood test. SGPT- 69 U/L SGOT - 37 U/L Platelet count - 4.50 lakhs/cumm ESR - 45mm/hr Total leukocyte count - 10500 cells/cumm I took ultrasound abdomen( result is attached). The impressions are: 1. Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyma. No intra or extra hepatic biliary radicles dilatation. 2. Horse Shoe kidney Is there any complications in these findings?

I feel a burning sensation while passing urine. I also have an urge to frequently pass urine. What should be done?

My father is 62 yrs old and has a type 2 diabetes for 23yrs. His diabetes was uncontrolled and few das back i checked his creatinine level which was 1.78. However he now takes insuline and from last 5 days his diabetes is now under controlled. 9 months back his creatinine level was 1.25.Can his creatinine level again be turned back to normal level? However he doesn't have any heart problem or high blood pressure.

My mom has 16x16 mm stone with 1400HU in renal pelvis. My doctor is going to do RIRS and post RIRS we need to go for ESWL one sitting. So that the stone will be removed completely. Will it be effective on the above said stone? Will 1400HU stone be difficult to remove by ESWL even after disintergrated by RIRS or will it remove the stone successfully? Kindly provide your insight?

Symptoms: 1. It requires to put a lot of pressure to urinate since two years. 2. Never feel pressure of urine. 3. Never required to apply force to hold urine, it is itself held. 4. The more water I drink in short span, the more difficult it is to urinate after that. I observed this when I needed to fill up the bladder for ultrasound. I drank about 1.5 litres of water 1 hour. After ultrasound, I had to put even more pressure to urinate. The urine was coming out in parts. The process and pressure involved was similar to what we do when we pass motion. Please suggest what can be the cause for this. My ultrasound (KUB + PVR) is always fine.

My father was diagnosed with two cyst in  bladder as he was having bleeding while urinating. He had TURBT last week. (He had same problem last year and had TURBT at that time also.) In biopsy report it says papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade attaching same. Do we need to go for chemotherapy or just medication through bladder. Please suggest.

What does creatinine level 3.65 implies??? my father has this much level of creatinine??? doctkrs said that he will undergo dialysis in near future??? is it true??? how can we reduce creatinine level???pls suggest
