Kidney Problems

Hello Dr.My elder sister have some back pain.On dr's advice she have done an usg.The impression shows that 1.left Nephrolithiasis 2.left sided hydroureteronephrosis due to left lower ureteric calculas.Is there anything serious?which type of specialist should we consult?kindly help urgently.

My dad was suffering from kidney stone report is hydroureteronephrosis and 13mm stone but the lazer suregry was done in september but now we do new ultra sono graphy the report is hydronephrosis i consult with doctor and doctor said no issue this is reflect may be again and he did not gave any medicine for it please let me its a minnor problem or big problem or treatment

My father is suffering from CKD5. He is undergoing dialysis 3 times in a week from last 2 months. But is having high fever(104) from last 10 days . The temperature rises in the night. His doctor has prescribed him some antibiotics along with crocin. What can be the reason for fever.

Hello doctor I am suffering from stone pain so got ultrasound and report says left ureter is slightly dilated and shows echogenic foci of size 7mm in its lower end. My ultrasound report Impression is below 1) GRADE 1 HYDROURETERONEPHROSIS DUE TO LOWER URETERIC CALCULUS 2) SMALL B/L RENAL CALCULI Kindly suggest what to do, your answer will be helpful for me. Hello ...i recently had this test wherein everything else was normal. creatinine serum value was slightly high at 1.14mg/dl with eGFR 88mL/min/1.73m2...should I undergo any further tests or follow any precautions?? I recently had lower back pain as well.

A 6mm Kidney stone has been detected which has moved from Ureter to Bladder last Sunday as noted in the Sonography report attached. Any intervention further is required to remove the stone or will it pass thru Urination in normal process. Any medication required to dissolve or to disintegrate. Pl advise next step.
