Kidney Problems

16x16 mm stone in left renal pelvis with 1400 HU. We tried to remove it URSL. Part of stone removed and part of stone migrated to lower calyx. We are planning for ESWL for remaining fragment which is around 10mm ( approx 1400 HU which was the previous HU). Will ESWL remove the stone? Which is the best hospital for ESWL in Chennai? Kindly provide your insight.

My fathers creatinine level was 1.2 nine months back. He has type 2 diabetes. And after nine months, i retested his creatinine and the result is 1.78. Is it alarming or it will go down with proper diet .

Difficulty or delay in starting to urinate and also shyness when using a public toilet have no problems passing urine in private. Stopping and starting in the middle of urinating. After finishing, a bit more urine trickles out. After the flow stops and the man has adjusted his clothes, a few more drops can come out and can cause a wet patch on the trousers.

One week back i diagnosed with 3x2mm stone at left vesicoureterjunction and i am on medication for last 7 days. will it need any surgery or it will be passed through urine atomoticLly??. I took a ultrasound and it shows 6.7mm stone in left kidney. But the stone is stuck in upper side and the kidney is swelling. Please tell me the medication nd some tips to relieve from pain

It's been paining since 3 to 4 days in upper left side of stomach... And the pain is not traveling. It's on one place only and sometimes it becomes so severe that I have to take a painkiller for it.

Any treatment for hydrocele.. I have been carrying it for quite sometime... What's the cost of getting rid of it...

I came back frm an outdoor trip, since then I'd constant urge to urinate and burning sensation. After consulting a dr. I underwent Urine examination test: Pus cells full field(++) RBC occasional Albumin trace Culture result: sterile after 48hrs of aerobic incubation at 37°C No fever. Normal BP. I'm on a 5 day course of Tab. flavoride plus and alkasol syrup. I felt fine for first 3 days of treatment. But symptoms reappeared on 4th day. Not to the same strength, bt burning sensation and urge to urinate is still there. Is this treatment sufficient?

Weak stream n dribbling of urine at the end ,only 1 to 2 episode for last 7 days .and having constipation for  last 15 days.these Urine problem is not there when motion is passed.urine is showing occasional pus n occasional epithelial cells n rest of the report is normal.No fever,no urgency or frequency of urine.only one episodecof pain in lower abdomen.USG KUB is also normal.what does occasional pus n occasional epithelial cells indicate??? Do I have UTI or not??and Do I require Urine Culture and Sensitivity test??? Please do guide me.thankyou
