Kidney pain(mild hydronephrosis)

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am facing severe kidney (flank) pain from past 1 year. Unable to bare this pain. I have consulted several doctors but they told me that you don't have much problems..they have given me medication which are not helpful..could you please look into my reports which are I'm sharing and suggest me for better treatment.
