Urine colour dark orange no pain while passing urine no abdominal pain Have been on antibiotics from 3 days beacz of fever and headache Even after I stopped taking the antibiotics the urine colour is still the same no matter hw much water I drink is it serious ?? Is it liver damage

Hi I am male 34yrs, one month back saffer urinary trac itching, Bad smile and white small partials in urine area.in that time iam using 3 Days Norflex,issue solved again start issues after I week in That time iam using metrogyl 400mg 4 days after useing every thing normal. aging repeat same problem today onwards. Kidney is Normal in size and position. There is lobulated contour of the right kidney, likely related to scarring. There is a right renal cyst, measuring 2.2 cm. Bilateral nonobstructing renal calculi are seen, the largest in the lower pole of the left kidney measuring 5 x 3 mm. I am confused if it is a muscle pain or kidney pain.. I will bent my spine while am sitting, am suffereing frm backpain as well. Should i go to urologist to check if it is a kidney pain or should I go to physioterapist?
