Kidney Problems

I had a pain during urination with a drop of blood recommend me tablet for the past few days I had mild pain during urination but today it was high with a drop of blood

My father is 62 yrs old and has a type 2 diabetes for 23yrs. His diabetes was uncontrolled and few das back i checked his creatinine level which was 1.78. However he now takes insuline and from last 5 days his diabetes is now under controlled. 9 months back his creatinine level was 1.25.Can his creatinine level again be turned back to normal level? However he doesn't have any heart problem or high blood pressure.

My mom has 16x16 mm stone with 1400HU in renal pelvis. My doctor is going to do RIRS and post RIRS we need to go for ESWL one sitting. So that the stone will be removed completely. Will it be effective on the above said stone? Will 1400HU stone be difficult to remove by ESWL even after disintergrated by RIRS or will it remove the stone successfully? Kindly provide your insight?

Symptoms: 1. It requires to put a lot of pressure to urinate since two years. 2. Never feel pressure of urine. 3. Never required to apply force to hold urine, it is itself held. 4. The more water I drink in short span, the more difficult it is to urinate after that. I observed this when I needed to fill up the bladder for ultrasound. I drank about 1.5 litres of water 1 hour. After ultrasound, I had to put even more pressure to urinate. The urine was coming out in parts. The process and pressure involved was similar to what we do when we pass motion. Please suggest what can be the cause for this. My ultrasound (KUB + PVR) is always fine.

My father was diagnosed with two cyst in  bladder as he was having bleeding while urinating. He had TURBT last week. (He had same problem last year and had TURBT at that time also.) In biopsy report it says papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade attaching same. Do we need to go for chemotherapy or just medication through bladder. Please suggest.

What does creatinine level 3.65 implies??? my father has this much level of creatinine??? doctkrs said that he will undergo dialysis in near future??? is it true??? how can we reduce creatinine level???pls suggest

My father in law has high bp and sugar from 6 to 7 years...now it has started effecting his kidneys as he has raised creatinine and urea...creatinine is 3.64 and urea is 190...ultrasound states kidney shrinkage...how can we lower creatinine level...??? is there anything to worry???

Dr, i had done pcnl rh side Renal calculus..Before 10 days ..After surgery i take kub chest.found 2 small size stone.also i had stent ..What to next pl suggest needful help.

I always feel like i have to pee and sometimes  both pee and poop also . After complition of urine when i try to do it came drop by drop. I am taking alfoo from about one year but does not get rid of this. Please suggest something

I have sudden pain of 2 to 5 second from lower side of stomach to shoulder. What type of symptome show. Is there any stone or any other problem it happen in evening time for three to five time only for 5 second. I feel pain start from kidney and goes to shoulder
