Kidney Problems

I am suffering from pain past 4 days, I am confusee it is a back pain or it is causing due to some kidney issues. Pain is in left side ...Veryy lower near the back..veryy lower, starting of my bum(the part where we sit). Can you please help

Ultrasonograply report shows as suggested by the doctor showing Mild hydronephrosis in left kidney. Please guide.

Sir my mother has lower level of haemoglobin i.e 9.5 Due to this problem doctor prescribed some B active tablet.after continues some days this tablet ,my mother feels like burning urine while pee.Also feel like slightly burning urine during whole day .then we have to contact with doctor again, he suggests for urine test.There is no urine infection at urine test report. At that time doctor said it may be happens due to taking B active tablet.now we have to stop taking these B active tablet.still feels like slightly burning urine during whole day. Sir what can I do .plz suggest.

Hello, my 5 month old has had 3 urinary tract infections in the last 3 months. Last two were due to ecoli. He is not circumcised and we have not done any tests yet.ocal nephrologist is suggesting dmsa scan and vcug but we are super worried about radiation. Should we start him in low dose anti biotics and wait for a few months and see if he gets another uti when we stop the dosage? Are the anti biotics more harmful than radiation?

Hello, My wife has 5.7 mm stone stuck in ureter at left VUJ. This was first diagonsed three months back and We have tried many medicines(homepathic as well) but still it is there. In past she has very strong pain 2-3 due to which we had to visit hospital a few times. Now our urologist is saying that it needs URS, But evrybody in my family is saying dont go for surgery as it would also invole pain due to stent & also many complications could be there.

I had back pain,chest pain and abdominal pain. I took blood test. SGPT- 69 U/L SGOT - 37 U/L Platelet count - 4.50 lakhs/cumm ESR - 45mm/hr Total leukocyte count - 10500 cells/cumm I took ultrasound abdomen( result is attached). The impressions are: 1. Hypoechoic hepatic parenchyma. No intra or extra hepatic biliary radicles dilatation. 2. Horse Shoe kidney Is there any complications in these findings?

I feel a burning sensation while passing urine. I also have an urge to frequently pass urine. What should be done?
