Want to know diet chart as I m having fatty liver. Just got full body checked n I m worried about to have all diet

I have the issue of loose bladder which creates the urge to urinate when I laugh or I am nervous. Its hard to control and may lose the control sometimes. Please suggest some medicines.

I have vitamin b12 deficiency 127gm Now i am taking mecobalamin 500mcg I have  urge to pee even after peeing. Is it because of these tablets

Hi I see a small 3mm stone came out during urinating Having pain since 2 days between lower part of stomach and today morning it's came out and felt some relief but I have uncomfortness Please suggest do I need to visit doctor ? Attached the stone image

My uncle is under dialysis kidney dialysis and is diabetic.. I was giving insulin to him... After giving insulin then I got pricked by needle insulin was not there in the syringe...
