Vericocele grade 2 in scrotum
USG scrotum reveals "linear collection with thick wall seen in right lateral scrotal wall.collection is seem to extend posteriorly up to paramedian location up to right perineal region 10.8*1.9*0.7 CMS thick . superficial aspect of collection app 3 to 5 mm from skin surface. Spermatic chords mildly thickened with 1.5 mm diameter on right 1.3 mm left. What does it signifies whether it is fistula or vericocele. Request yr advise.

It's not a varicocele.. Plz consult urologist / Surgeon for examination and further management
