Vericocele grade 2 in scrotum
USG scrotum reveals "linear collection with thick wall seen in right lateral scrotal wall.collection is seem to extend posteriorly up to paramedian location up to right perineal region 10.8*1.9*0.7 CMS thick . superficial aspect of collection app 3 to 5 mm from skin surface.
Spermatic chords mildly thickened with 1.5 mm diameter on right 1.3 mm left.
What does it signifies whether it is fistula or vericocele.

It's not a varicocele.. Plz consult urologist / Surgeon for examination and further management
