Frequent Urination.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello Doctor. I'm suffering from frequent urination I don't know if this is a disease or not.From 2yrs i'm suffering i have done urine routine examination urine culture test and KUB usg.In urine culture and r/e there is nothing ,but in KUB USG i have got some impression they are-1)Mild irregular and thick walled urinary bladder and 2)Mild fluid collection noted in Pouch of Douglas Pleasr suggest me something that I can recover .I have attached my KUB USG reports.

How much water u take daily...? Any burning sensation while passing urine? Do u have urgency to pass urine? Any leakage of urine if u don't pass urine in time? Any relation with sexual intercourse?.. Take optimum fluids around 2 litres daily.. Try to divert urself when urge is there .. Avoid constipation..
