Hello. I am 40 years old. I have recently done a test for Diabetes. Pls, see the report as below: 1. Glucose fasting- 95 2. HbA1c- 6.6 3. Estimated average glucose (eAG)- 143 So, do the above reports say that I am Diabetic? Also, in general, which food should be strictly avoided for a Diabetic and which food are strongly recommended for a Diabetic? Awaiting your response. Thanks

From last 60 days my diabetes fasting is 180 and PP is 240 consistently. My doctor used different medicines but this figure did not changed. It remained constant. Finally he suggested 7 unit insulin at bed time for 15 days but still no change in sugar PP n fasting levels. Please suggest what need to be done to control sugar... Thanks..

Since 1 week my father is feeling very weak cause he was diagnosed with a high blood sugar level(350) and is having body ache and even can't talk properly I consulted the docter he increased the dosage of insulin from 12 to 15 but still there's no progress what to do? I am taking Pitavastatin 2mg since almost a year. I am also on Levothyroxine dosage of which I keep updated in almost every 3 months with the help of my doctor. My recent Lever Function test shows my AST and ALT levels are slightly higher. Also my FBS raised to 103 which 6 month ago was 92. Doctor in the lab suggested these may be side effects of Statin. My Cholesterol level are currently under control (Total Chol- 120mg/dl). I am having sleeping issues also since a month. Please suggest.

My weight keeps on gaining instead of intense workout and diet. I have also noted unwanted hair growth on my face and neck which I guess is an indication of harmonal imbalance. Also after morning walk there is swelling on my hands and overall body. Before 2 years my TSH count was 7.5 so I started taking tthyrocare tablets of 25 mg. now the count is low upto 2.75 on an average. But else everything is not fine.
