Fatigue and Muscle and joint aches

Dear doctor, My mother is suffering from Fatigue and Muscle and joint aches. When we went to general physician he gave medicine for Hypothyroidism But this is not going away could you please help me as we suffer often from Fatigue and Muscle and joint aches and similar to headache . Thank you so much.
