Hello sir/mam I want to consult online with Doctor who is experienced in Thyroid disorders (grave disease)

I went for a health check up and discovered that my TSH level is 13.51. Do I have to take medicines lifelong, I am just 25. Also, I have gained some weight and my BP is around 146/90.

I'm obese male 39, ht 5'11,wt 108, Hba1c 6.2 Fasting serum insulin 9. I exercise daily but cannot reduce weight.. Can I start some weight loss medicine ?

How Thyrodectomy is carried out in hyperthyrodism, how long the procedure or operation takes to heal..how about scar after open surgery

Please help Doctors.I am just 17 years old and have high BP. No cardiac issues. Echo is normal and ECG reads "probably abnormal ecg,slight ST depression,to exclude old inferior MI" but cardiologists say my heart is perfect.Sometimes I also feel chest cramps and pains especially on the left side.But I am having rising BP since 2017 or so.Back then it was 130/90 which got up to 140/90 and now 150/110. Pulse 84 and heart rate is 95 BPM.My weight is 72kg and height is 5 feet 5 inches.Recently my TSH levels were 3.14 millimeters and haemoglobin was 13.10.I do not drink or smoke but worry a lot,and have stress issues. I drank banana stem juice for a week and went to gym and my BP reduced for some months. But recently I am having high BP while going to any physician. so doctor advised me to get a bp machine. i am using it and getting consistent readings of 150/110 or 144/100 .Shall I start medicine or a change in lifestyle can make it normal again?Please help.please.thank you.

My fasting sugar is 91 which is taken today , sudden spike occurs after meal to 190 , what would be the cause, I was getting fear , kindly need advice

What is the range of sugar fasting levels ? Can anyone please tell me what is the normal range of sugar fasting levels ?

My relative HBA1C test result shows 6.6 level and she has lost vision of one eye post retinal detachment surgery. In other eye also retinal detachment surgery has been performed and till now there is no vision. Is this because of diabetes.
