Bedtime blood sugar lower than fasting
Hi my bedtime sugar comes out to be 110 (this is around 3-4 hours post dinner ans mild walk). But fasting sugar comes to 140-150 even when I don't eat anything at all before going to bed. Why? What to do? I am 30 year old female, 95 Kgs, 5'6 inches.

Fasting sugar is due release of sugar from liver which is because of insulin resistance. Predinner sugar can still be normal if ur beta cell function is normal or if u r on medicines
