Dear Sir , Madam I Feel Little Uncomfortableness in my Throat , when I see in mirror I see & Feel may be my Thyriod Gland is Enlarged , Or I Don't understand what I see some mass on both the sides . Please Refer the photo & Suggest .Presently am taking 100 Mcg Tablet & my Thriod report Says normal .Is it Some other thing . Please Suggest .

Is urine osmolality test for diabetes insipidus? Or serum osmolality test Well, My common all reports are fine still m having excessive urine issues with thrist but no weakness anything. Rest all Fine

I have Hba1c as 5.4 percent and average glicose level 108 . Is it normal or Am I at the risk of diabetes ? Should i reduce sugar intake ? Are any precautions required ?

Tsh level of 5.6 with Normal T3/T4 is hypothyroidism ? Does one need to start medications as well?

Dear doctor, I checked my sugar level in July 2020 and it was fasting - 94, PP -149. Later in Aug month I checked my HB1AC it was 5. In Sep 2020 the HB1AC was again 5. I had modified my life style and stopped sugar, processed foods and started walking too. My question is how frequently i should check my HB1AC ?. What is the chance of getting diabetes after seeing at the PP level and how much time it takes to reach there. Can it be reversable ? Thank u.

My hba1c is 6.4 (December 2020) and FPG ranges between 125-145 mg/dl. PPG is 140-175 mg/dl. Should I start medicines like Metformin or life style changes and diet is the first line treatment here?
