Hello, Please advise how much MG dosage should one take if the TSH count is 6.8. T3,T4 was normal within range. Regards

So ur condition is called subclinical hypothyrodisum. Starting on treatment will depend on few factors such as neck swelling or TPO antibody levels. So need more information and investigations. Kindly consult
