I am a 46 year old woman my TSH is 0.07 mg. and T3and T4 is normal. My TSH was 4.86 and my doctor had prescribed 50mg eltroxin..what dosage is the correct dosage with this decrease in TSH level

It would be imperative to cut down the dose as you are slipping in iatrogenic hyperthyroidism. 25 mcg would be good enough. ( why in the first place you were started on eltroxin considering it was normal, are you known hypothyroidism patient??)
