TSH is 6.5 and T3 and T4 are normal.Muscle and joint pains, ankles and heel pains after prolonged sitting on work. Vitamin B12 low around 190. Please suggest.

P (50% soluble insulin/human insulin and 50% of isophane insulin injection), injection (r-DNA origin) 2.) Humalog mix 50/50: insulin lispro biphasic injection I. p (50% insulin lispro and 50% insulin lispro protamine suspension), injection (r-DNA) Pls explain whether these both are same or different Thank you

20 Aug my father was COVID-19 positive and also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes . Now he has controlled sugar and take half glycomet GP-1 before first meal but his legs pain during night when he goes to sleep and also sleeps for less hours. Also once or twice in a one or two month he has a very little pain in chest ( I think of gas ) . What to do of leg pain during the night and sleeplessness ??? Kindly HELP

My mother is diabetic from last 7 year. She isn't using medicine. Here are some reports first. 1. Fasting sugar : 90-105 2. Post meal : 170-200 3. hba1c : 5.7 on 1 aug 2020 4. total cholesterol :200 5. LDL : 128 6. HDL : 55 7. Weight : 55 kg She feel numbness on her leg when standing for long. A month before she use to walk every morning for 1 hour for months problem started when she started running for 5-10 min daily one day her right leg nerve pinched after that this sort of problem started and now if she walk a little like 15 min she feel tired,tingling in feet pain in arms ad bloating in stomach area. She had loss weight after lockdown we thought it may be thyroid but we had done test for it and it's not thyroid. Maybe her diet since she had only 2 chapti and dal, Vegetables. Is it wekaness or neuropathy or any other problem? Should we start diabetes medicine or not?

Is there any treatment for Gynocomestia due to harmonal change except surgery. Can it's propagation be avoided ?

I went for vit D3 test and the result came out to be 14.21 . I had consumed vitamin D3 powder ( Calcirol 60K) : 1 sachet per week for continuous 08 weeks. But still my vitamin D3 values fell low. Why is it so ? When does it happen ? Is it because of any gastrointestinal problem or other cause ?
