I have high diabetes and I have treated with zavamet 500 but not getting my condition good at all what should I do plz any medicine you recommend for me

To control diabetes adequately only medicines won’t suffice, need to maintain ur lifestyle as well. Most important is exercise regularly, maintain ur diet, reduce stress and weight if obese. Need more information regarding diabetes. Need to do FBS PPBS HBA1c and consult
