Your sugar levels and HBA1C are very high. This means you have uncontrolled diabetes. It can cause symptoms like increase thirst, increased urination, fatigue and weakness. It puts you at risk for complications in the longer term such as blurred vision/ retinopathy, heart attacks, strokes, kidney failure, and nerve problems, poor wound healing. Acutely, high sugars can result in acid build up in the body, which in turn causes seizes, abnormal breathing and dehydration. Therefore our goal is to bring down sugar levels rapidly. This will require medications in addition to eating healthy and exercise. Please schedule an online consultation to discuss further.
