Hi I take 88 mcg Thyronorm and my last tsh result is 7.42. Do I have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? Is it the right medicine because I don't feel better. I can hardly eat anything and when I eat I feel like throwing up and heavy heart palpitations. Pls help.

Based on your current report, you have hypothyroidism and your levels are not well controlled. Thyronorm is the correct medication for hypothyroidism. Please consult online so we can discuss your symptoms more and decide the best dose of medication to help with symptoms and also minimize side effects.
