I got unplanned pregnancy with pre existing diabetic of 9.3 HBA1C and 242 fasting sugar. What should do ..will it be my health pregnancy or I need to terminate it?

Hello Doctor, I am non diabetic. During my regular checkup i found my Hb1Ac is 5.15 and Post meal reading is 122 mg/dl but fbs is 108 mg/dl Is this ok? My report is also attached If I am at any risk please guide. I am in tension.

Is it type 1 diabetes? My sister is 31 and has been suffering from a year. Her hba1c 12.5 something. Fasting sugar 300+ after meal sometime 350 and sometime 500 Why itis happening? Please help🙏

I have got high triglycerides 240 mg/dl but my cholesterol is under limits. Can u suggest some good medicine to control triglycerides. This is the cause of my fatty liver and diabetes too, my hba1c is 10.5 SGOT - 101, SGPT- 136 are also high

Last month I fell down from  bike therefore 4 stiches are put on head (3 cm above right eye) I have been treated under Dr JN Shrivastava (Orthopaedic Surgeons) initially The first CT SCAN (done approx 22 hours after incident)showed nothing on head It was done on 08/05/2025 after a week I had vomit one time on 16/05/2025 then I take consultation with a family doctor. He referred me to Dr R N Pradhan (Neuro Physician). Second CT Scan had been done on 17/05/25  which shows something small nears right ears. The doctor said it's blood. He advised me to take medicine regularly for the next 2 months . Blood would be removed automatically. Medicines sitoglow dm forte Cephatam bvg Cebovat Oviat cd3 Rovasmag cv On next visit doctor changes some medicine Sitoglow dm forte Cebovat Rovasmag cv Glycomet sr 500 mg Zevert MD 16 Tryptomer 10mg Essogres-L Everything seems fine I am gradually relief from pain Only concern is fluctuate in sugar level .

My urine ACR level was 5.77 mg/g (Normal <30 mg/gm) on 18/05/2025 i.e just before starting Empagliflozin Previously it was 2.84 mg/g on 4/4/2025 Serum creatinine,potassium,urea & usg are all within normal limits Taking Empagliflozin 10 mg once a day  for blood sugar & Nebivolol 5 mg once a day for blood pressure since 20 days Recently noticing foamy & frothy urine Is it due to empagliflozin or Nebivolol ?

Hi doctor, I am 32 yrs old female, I have been diagnosed diabetes 3 yrs back, earlier it was prediabetes and now it's diabetes with bp ranges(130-90) thyroid also there taking 37mg for that also,since long time I have been seen foam in urine after that I did uacr which came urine albumin 6.70mg/l,urine creatinine 69.20mg/dl and acr 9.7mg/g ,I went to nephrologist she said it's slightly increased nothing to worry as I am anxious person so I went for 24 hour urine protein 200, which should be 150 but mine came 200 so doc gave me telmisartan 40 mg advised to take this medicine in Morning time and asked repeat test after one month now I m very anxious about it as I m loosing weight, as it dropped from 84-80 in 4 months, please advise me what should I do? Your response would be appreciated sir/ma'am Thanks in advance

My father is a sugar patient but it is in normal . But my question is how we going to test our sugar . The day when we are going to take our fasting test and pp test we should take medicine and then test or without taking the medicine we test our blood. Thank you please suggest
