Hi doctor, Attached is my lab report of my husband. We went for a check up as there was 1/2 nail color change... And got the findings as his HBa1c is 7.1..he is 5.9" with 82 kgs..his BP always remains normal.. Is there any possibility of reversing it without medication...thanks in advance

Yesterday my father sugar level is 54 which hypoglycemia but today about(19/06/2025) the sugar level is 433 doctor prescribed is not take insulin during food and cather is attached in bladder therefore he didn't walk ? Is it matter of worry to much

My Urine ACR on 04/04/2025 was 2.84 mg/g creat (lab normal <30 mg/g creat) But on 18/05/2025 it came 5.77 mg/g creat There is a spike of 2.93 mg/g creat in 1 month 14 days No protein intake with adequate hydration of 3 Lts of water before 24 hrs of the test Previously,Urine ACR came 4.7 mg/g creat on 03/03/2024 & 2.51 mg/g creat on 08/03/2024 However,recent Serum Creatinine is 0.9 mg/dl,eGFR is 110.02 (CKD-EPI),Blood Urea is 24.3 mg/dl,Potassium is 4.4 mmol/l & USG of KUB is normal BP (150/100)  is temporarily high since the last 2 months.Also have mental stress Is the spike in Urine ACR level worrisome ? Can it be temporary ? What might be the cause of such spike ?

I have a problem with constipation due to thyroid. Is there any solution for this.l? Please suggest.

My mother is having diabetes since 8 years, 2 months earlier she was taking glycomate gp2 forte tablet, after that she started hypoglycemia symptoms so now doctor has decreased her dose to glimisave 1.3 Her fasting is 143 After 2 hours -200 Before lunch-150 After 2 hours-245 Before dinner-150 After 2 hours-268 Her sugar levels decreases slowly and when her sugar reaches 140 she starts feeling hungry and giddiness and all Is it ok to continue these medicines coz she is having glucoma so she can't see clearly so isn't capable of taking insulin

Hello , My question is I have hyperthyroidism with graves dieses since 2 year first one year my tsh level fluctuations is on large scale now from last 1 year my tsh is stable between 1 to 7 my main question is doctor do my antibody report first time TSH receptors antibodies are 25 than after 6 month it is 7 than after 6 month it is 2.95 but as last report it was now comes to 9 so is it need to worry? Also another question can methimercazole 5mg we need to take life time? Is there any effect of this tablet in liver?

I am a neuropathy patient and I have a diabetes from past 3 and half years.. I have been checking blood sugar test fasting sugar test after food test hba1c test all test is normal from  past 1  to 2 years..FS rest  is 98,101, and it's reading is below 110 always and ppbs is 122, 144 and hba1c results >5,..4.80 .. doctor said it's all normal.. so doctors should I stop taking diabetes medicines(glimicure m1) please suggest me doctors I am confused.. is there will be any problem after stopping diabetic medicines
