Basically i accidentally used same home diabetes lancet needle twice on different people, i totally forgot about changing it after using it on another person before using it myself, do I need to worry about catching a blood borne ( fluid borne disease) from it , please answer ( question from my friend btw)

I am a type 2 diabetic since 5 years and am gojng for ivf procedure. My blood sugar has recently been very high around 350 and hba1c at 9. I have been advised to have glycomet sr 500 twice a day after meal and also to continue that while ivf treatment. I wanted to check if it is safe to have glycomet while going for ivf procedure i.e will it bring sugar level down or impact embryo implantation? My other tests are fine like tsh prolactin cbc etc.

My fasting glucose is -90 Pp glucose -139 HBa1c - 5.7 Vitamin b12 - 160 mm Vitamin D - 20 mm Does vitamin b12 levels affect HBa1c

First tym fasting glucose comes 100 mg/dl on border. Triglycerides showing 291 mg/dl. Pls guide for the same Any recommendations..

Hello Doctor, I recently got some blood test results and would like your expert opinion. My HbA1c is 6.79%, fasting blood glucose is 99.50 mg/dl, and post-lunch blood sugar is 138.84 mg/dl. I am concerned about whether these values indicate prediabetes or early diabetes. I do not have any major symptoms, but I want to take timely precautions if needed. Dear Doctor, Today I had a Glucose test done for myself, before breakfast it's showing 120+ (I had dinner (Parota and chicken curry  at 10:30 pm and slept at 12 then woke up by 6). Bit after meals it's showing 103. So should I take test one more time or what is your feedback?

Can I Marry to a person who is taking insulin since he was 4 years old. Now he is 29 years old, and he currently takes 4 insulin doses daily. Since he has been taking insulin for so many years, will his insulin dosage keep increasing in the future because the body's efficiency may decrease? Will this be a dangerous issue?

I'm eating normal rotis, no sugar or processed food but I do eat 2 cheese slice with 4 multigrain bread daily but i eat other things very moderately can it get reversed from 5.8 to 5.1 in 3 months? I also walk 20 mins after each meal

70 yo female, 48 kg, recent TSH 10, early cirrhosis, asymptomatic, prediabetes. Started on Thyronorm 50 mcg in this April. Taking sitagliptin M. After how many months and which tests should be rechecked for thyroid?? antiTPO has never been done. Is it required?
