Pleasee advice, I am diabetic since 15 years regular on medicine, recently my doctor advised for some blood tests on which my serum creatinine is came to be high 1.4, I am taking tablet istament 10/100/1000 twice daily from last 2 years, Fbs -134 and Hba1c -9 , should I continue same medicine, is any risk of kidney disease in future?

Recently I have tested the blood sugar level , it came out to be after 399(after a heavy meal consisting colddrink) . Had an appointment with the doctor, he prescribed medicines . After two days , I ate some mutton pieces (maybe 2 or 3) , same day at the evening around 8'0 clock , started feeling uneasiness,feet numbness , eye problem . What should I do or follow immediately?

He is having sugar since 2021 on getting Covid. Taking 3 tablets a day for diabetes. Is it fine to plan for pregnancy now or do we need to control sugar and cut down tablet to one a day before planning. Hba1c is 6.7 now. Will this have any impact in the child if we are planning now.

Hi doctor, Recently i had more thirsty and while checked sugar level it shoots upto 280 after food. I started taking tablets and diet as per doctor advice. Hi, i have to take insulin along with the medicine however due to some reason I need to travel for some time .I need to know do I need to refrigerate insulin pen as it is not possible does it reduces the effectiveness of insulin please respond.

I was adviced to take sitabite 100/500 and daponoram and asked to do follow up after 1 month. I was unable to contact the doctor due to some unforeseen circumstances and it's been 6 months. Can I continue with the same medicine for one month or do I have to stop it immediately? Pls advice
