Hi,
It looks like you are doing well
However do ensure the following too
1. Avoid alcohol and tobacco in any form
2. Regular exercise -5 days a week
3. Ensure you adhere to a diet.
Diabetes is all about mastering how to deal with an illness which can affect a person at various levels. Simply medicines won't help.
A multi pronged approach is key
Take care
Keep the dose same, maintain few lifestyle & dietary modifications.
Stay Hydrated: Drink adequate water daily to maintain electrolyte balance and support blood glucose regulation.
Stay Active: Make walking, yoga, or light workouts part of your daily routine — stay physically fit and improve insulin sensitivity.
Eat Right: Choose a balanced diabetic diet, start with a healthy breakfast, and avoid sudden sugar spikes through mindful eating. Choose wisely & choose right.
Limit Unhealthy Foods: Cut down on refined carbs, fried & processed foods, and caffeine, avoid spicy, oily, fat, junk foods.
Quit Harmful Habits: Avoid smoking, alcohol, and tobacco
Sleep - 6-8hrs
Hope these changes may help you to get grip over your hba1c, & may not required to increase the dose.
Hi.
HbA1C is good, your diabetes is well controlled, no need to increase the dose.
Only continue with healthy diet, daily exercise. Avoid junk food, packaged foods and carbonated drinks.
Make sure you get the tests done once a year, along with yearly eye checkups and self examine your feet daily night to detect cracks and cuts which might become wounds later, maintain cleanliness in foot area also.
If any symptoms kindly consult online so it can be taken care of.
Take care.
You should add exercise as a routine & reduce carbohydrate intake. It should take care repeat blood sugar fasting PP after 2 weeks & if sugar level is high consider increasing the dose
