Hormonal Imbalances

So my Hb1Ac is 5.8. I don't drink I don't smoke and I hardly eat sugar. Although this can be genetic but my fasting sugar was 78 almost daily. Can It be reversed if i do measures or will it remain same? I'm a woman and I'd want to conceive too in few years

From the last 2 months my weight is 50 KG.. and my fasting sugar is 220-250 from last 7 days.. and my health(weight) is not improving and weakness in body. Kindly help

Hi Am conceived by ivf treatment. Am diabetes taking insulin from the beginning. My pp 152 . And taking 33units insulin after food. Now it was increased again with 40units. Will it affect my health or baby health...? Will it affect my health after delivery..??

I am planning for second pregnancy and  worried about gestational diabetes as I have a history of gdm in my first pregnancy 2021 which was detected around 28 weeks and took metformin.After delivery sugar levels were normal but after 3 months of postpartum my hba1c was 6.3 and with  good diet I have controlled my sugar levels and my hba1c was normal. Last month I took blood test and hba1c was 5.8 and I am in prediabetic range. So I am worried if I get pregnant I will have gdm again and what if after delivery I will become type2 .Is it really ok to plan for second pregnancy or better not to try for second baby

I took linagliptin 2.5/850 two times and glimipiride 1 mg once. Now doctor Cheng glimipiride & replce it  depagliflozim 5 mg . Butit causes me low bp as 95/65. Iis it ok?

My mother has prediabetes. Hba1c stays around 6. Has been prescribed Istamet 50/500 (sitagliptin+metformin) 1 tab before breakfast. Another dr has prescribed Veloz IT 20 (rabeprazole+itopride) before breakfast. Can these two be taken together? Thyronorm 50mcg is prescribed for recently diagnosed TSH of 10. She has bp and liver disease for which she takes carvedilol (betablocker) and rifaximin 550 (antibiotic). She also takes Ecosprin AV 75/20.

Hi , I was having a random hb1ac of 11.1 , I have worked on my routine and exercise plus diet and now getting are adi g on glucometer for fasting in morning as 109 and after meal as 139 in past 3 reading shall I have to continue the same or go for Medicine.
