Please use glucometer at home or CGM for continuous glucose monitoring If he is doing fasting of any type or not eating enough food his sugar must be going low Please check it daily and especially when he feels tired very hungry or uneasy

As an allopathic doctor I am really not aware about the ayurvedic medication I will recommend a glucose monitoring system to monitor the blood glucose levels to avoid future hypoglycaemic events
Next Steps
Closely monitor glucose levels

This episode was most likely hypoglycemia (low sugar) due to fasting + sweating/steam therapy + metformin. Losing consciousness is serious.
Next Steps
• Stop panchakarma (steam, basti, oil massage) for now. • Do NOT continue long fasting or fruit-only meals. • Continue Obimet only after proper meals; dose may need review. • Check fasting, post-meal sugars & HbA1c urgently. • Ensure regular balanced meals (carbs + protein) before any therapy.
Health Tips
Diabetes “reversal” programs can cause dangerous low sugars if not medically supervised. Consult a physician/endocrinologist immediately before continuing
