I am diabetic and taking amaryl mv1 in the morning and janumet 50/500 post lunch and dinner. My query is can I include semaglutide tablets for sugar control and weighloss and how much dose. ?

I am diabetic from 15 years and hypertension from 8yrs I am using blood thinners medicine also . From past three months my tongue has become red and painful and not able to eat anything .as I have b vitamin deficiency I am using b complex medicines but still I am facing same pbm.kindly suggest

Hello sir. Recently I found sugar one point in the urine and immediately I got tested random blood sugar and HBA1C which was 112 and 6.8 respectively.After two days in another lab again tested which shows HBA1C is 6.3 and before and after fasting was 98 and 136.After fasting I ate dosa and idly.kindly help me what to do.whether I am diabetic? I am getting frequent yellow urination for the past one and half month .I feel bitterness while eating for the past 10 days.I have 2   5mm stones in both the kidneys...Don't know what to do ..Is this urination because of diabetes or stones or urine infection .. kindly help me and suggest me sir

If these two are taken can they cause very low blood sugar I have pcos with high prolactin causes lactation so i was prescribed these two can they interact or cause low blood sugar?

Do I need to start meditation? Pls. Some say 8 and above we should take medicine. Also is GTT accurate for diabetics or hba1c.

But the injury is very painful and was oozing a little bit of pus. It has dried now but we are worried. Her diabetes reports are a bit abnormal. What should we do?

My wife soujanya F 52, she's having border diabetic  she is taking Istavale 100  one tablet everyday  after breakfast In July 24 her fasting glucose 121 postlunch glucose 139,hba1c 7.2, Ason 6/1/25 fasting glucose 126              & Post lunch glucose 203 HbA1c 7.1 My question is what  may be the reason for so much variation in post lunch glucose . HbA1c is same rather less only The tablet is enough sir
