Done a fasting blood test recently...it mentioned Fasting glucose : 86 Hba1c : 5.4 % Mean plasma glucose (over 60-90 days) : 115 mg/dl Is this normal!?

Feeling heavy sleepy n tired after breakfast n lunch... What can i eat... Please suggest me sir im suffering lot from this diabetes

I m lady aged 60years..mu height is 5feet 5 inchesmy hba1c yesterday value is 5.5 I m unable to reduce further My doubt is post meals only if spike occurs will it affect my hba1c Because Breakfast I take only oats porridge For lunch salad sabji dal one Chappati or besan chilla Dinner only sabji salad Walk daily with yoga Still cannot reduce weight and hba1c please advice

My fasting sugar level was 117 on 4 december 2024 , I am dout that I have no history of high sugar level so , I repeat fasting sugar  test on 6 dec and 19 dec , report was 96 and 91 respectively, I also done Hab1c twice time within this months level was 5.6 and 5.3. My question is that am I pre daibetics and also  suggest me for diet restrictions.

Please could you advise a substitute medicine for Rybelsus 7mg, as I'm unable to find it anywhere and I have been prescribed this medicine.

25 week pregnant, my fasting sugar 123-137 and after meal sugar is 160-180. Dr advised to take 6 unit insulin 3 times , before each meal. And one insulin 8 unit in night. Looking for suggestions if this much insulin is required. And can I take medicine instead of insulin.
