My HbA1x is 7.1 and fasting glucose is 129. My triglycerides are 223. However, my overall cholestrol is 174. I want to check, if i can have overnight soaked fenugreek seeds and Arjun Chaal post breakfast or evening for reducing diabetes and triglycerides.
