Hi doctor my Hba1c 6 ,RBS is 74 and Mean Blood Glucose is 125 is I am Pre diabetic please help to get answer

My blood sugar level is 77 before meals and 139 after meals. Do I have diabetes or not, and what precautions should I take for it?
